WHILE THE WORLD WAS FOCUSED ON CORONAVIRUS LAST WEEKEND, THE NFL RATIFIED A NEW COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. THE PLAYERS VOTE WAS VERY CLOSE, PASSING BY JUST 60 VOTES OUT OF AROUND 2,000. THE NEW CBA WILL RUN THROUGH 2030. THE PLAYOFFS WILL EXPAND FROM 12 TO 14 TEAMS NEXT SEASON. THE LEAGUE CAN ADD A 17TH REGULAR SEASON GAME STARTING IN 2020.
